11/04/2008Unfortunately, they don't like to set up convenient payment plans. They will hassle you to pay in full immediately when the bill is due. Since they only fill up once every 6 months, you will be surprised by a very large bill, in my case, more than 500 dollars, due all at once. Their customer service is lacking.
